| View in browser Vol. 2, Issue 8 From January 1 through July 31, 4,934 donors and their families selflessly gave the gift of sight. 5,802 tissues were provided for sight restoring transplants and 2,384 tissues were donated for research and educational purposes. August is National Minority Donor Awareness Month (NMDAM)   NMDAM strives to educate all on the importance of education and awareness of donation in multicultural communities.
