From January 1 through April 30, 3,217 donors and their families selflessly gave the gift of sight. 3,736 tissues were provided for sight-restoring transplants and 1,066 tissues helped to advance vision research and support clinical education and training.
Advancements are vital for patients with painful, complex eye diseases. Eversight’s KLAL-Pro is a cutting-edge, eye-bank prepared tissue that offers surgeons an innovative option for treating unilateral or bilateral limbal stem cell deficiency.
Every number tells a story—of healing and grief, of lives changed and vision restored. In 2024, with the generosity of donors and their families, the dedication of our partners and the passion of our team, Eversight made an unprecedented impact.
Eversight partnered with UIC to host a wet lab on Corneal Allogenic Intrastromal Ring Segments (CAIRS) using KeraNatural®—a sterile, allogenic corneal tissue segment developed to treat keratoconus with a natural alternative to synthetic implants. Learn how collaboration, innovation and education are shaping the future of corneal care.
