From January 1 through March 31, 2,117 donors and their families selflessly gave the gift of sight. 2,500 tissues were provided for sight restoring transplants and 1,080 tissues were donated for research and educational purposes.

Grant propels important eye & vision research projects

The Connecticut Lions Eye Research Foundation has awarded Eversight a $26,250 grant to continue supporting the nonprofit’s eye and vision research projects and providing tissue for sight-saving cornea transplants in Connecticut.
